The LQ5001, a automotive-grade high-performance floating-point digital signal processing (DSP) chip, adopts the industry-leading HIFI5 DSP core architecture, with a main frequency of up to 800MHz, and achieves excellent computing efficiency with an optimized instruction set. Based on the advanced 12nm FFC process, it achieves a perfect balance between performance and power consumption, while having significant mass production cost advantages. The LQ5001 chip integrates 768KB of low-latency L1 SRAM and 1024KB of L2 SRAM, providing ample cache space for complex audio algorithms. Its enhanced FIR/IIR acceleration engine runs at 1GHz, significantly improving digital signal processing capabilities. The innovative Digital Audio Interface (DAI) supports multiple protocols, including SPORT, SPDIF, PCG, and SRU, meeting the interface requirements of a wide range of professional audio equipment. The LQ5001 chip boasts comprehensive security features and supports international standard security algorithms and protection mechanisms. Its pin-compatible design with the ADSP-2156X (LQFP120) significantly reduces the upgrade barrier for existing systems. Providing comprehensive SDK and application-layer software support, the product series covers the full range of automotive audio system requirements, from entry-level to high-end. It has passed the rigorous AEC-Q100 automotive certification, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments. The LQ5001 chip has been deployed in professional audio equipment, in-car audio systems, conference audio-visual systems, military electronic equipment, radio and television production, public address systems, and other professional fields. It is currently used in the Guangzhou Dream AI intelligent mixer series.
