LQCC4701(AI) utilizes a self-developed RISC-V core CRV4H with a main frequency of 230 MHz. It features low power consumption, high performance, and multi-functionality, incorporating a built-in NPU delivering approximately 0.3 TOPs @INT8. With abundant I/O interface resources, it provides excellent CPU performance and AI acceleration capabilities.
